We are a conscious advisory collective founded by Victor Bouios, born from the belief that performance, leadership and culture are all rooted in one essential thing: our relationship to self.
Victor’s presence carries the calm of someone who has walked through transformation and returned with its map. He founded Sollace as more than a company, it’s a living field of remembrance where high performance and higher consciousness coexist.
